What these cover. This page covers your use of the Heyen Lawn Service website. It does not set the terms of any actual work. What a job includes, when it happens and what it costs is agreed between you and Heyen Lawn Service directly, and nothing on this website changes that.

Nothing here is a quote. The pages on this site describe services in general. They are not an offer, a price or a commitment to take a particular job. A quote is a quote when it has been given to you for your property, by phone or in writing.

Sending the form is a request. Filling in the quote form asks Heyen Lawn Service to get in touch. It does not book anything, it does not put you on a schedule, and it does not oblige either side to anything. Work starts when it has been agreed between you.

The photographs. The photos on this site are of work Heyen Lawn Service has done. They show finished results on real properties and are there to show the standard of the work, not to promise that your property will look the same. Yards differ.

The reviews. The reviews on this site were left by customers on Google and are quoted exactly as they were written. They are other people's opinions, published as theirs.

Keeping it accurate. This site is kept up to date as well as we can. Services, service areas and details can change, and a page can be out of date between the change and the update. If something matters to your decision, confirm it on the phone: (765) 820-8629.

Links and embeds to other places. This site embeds a Google Map and a quote form hosted elsewhere, and links out to Google and to Facebook. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and Heyen Lawn Service does not control what they do or how they behave.

Your visit is measured. This website records how people use it. Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics and the hosting platform's own visitor counter collect what you click, how far you scroll and which pages you move through, and Clarity also makes session recordings of individual visits. By using this site you are being measured that way. What each one collects, what it stores in your browser and who receives it is set out in full on the privacy policy.

The content itself. The text, layout and photographs on this site belong to Heyen Lawn Service. Read them, share a link to them, quote a line of them. Do not copy the pages onto another business's website.
